Cancellation of Order/ Refund Policy
Orders already sent out will not be refundable, even if it is canceled. However, a cancelation of an order can be acceptable prior to dispatch/shipment.
Incorrect Shipment Policy: Products mistakenly/incorrectly dispatched can only be exchanged, following the presentation of a reasonable proof, within 10days of delivery or 30 days after sale. There could also be a refund offer on this ground, depending on the customer’s choice.
Shipping Returns Policy: Once the 30 day mark provided in our Incorrect Shipment Policy is exceeded, items purchased cannot be exchanged or returned to the company.
Damaged Goods Policy: Products ordered and correctly delivered/shipped to a client cannot be exchanged, neither will a refund be possible.
