Is a patch test necessary before product usage?

Clients must do a patch test before usage and stop using if irritation occurs.

What happens if a wrong product is sent or delivered incorrectly?

Wrong products incorrectly dispatched can be exchanged, following the presentation of proof, within 10days of delivery or 30 days after sale. There could also be a refund offer on this ground, depending on the customer’s choice.

Shipping & Returns:

How long does shipping take?

Our shipping for domestic orders take between 1-5 business days after shipping confirmation email; while international shipments can take between 3-15 business days after shipping confirmation email.

Can products purchased be exchanged or returned?

Items purchased and rightly delivered cannot be returned or exchanged, once opened and used after 10 days of delivery or 30 days after sale.

Payment:

Are there any additional fees that could accrue after purchase?

Products sent outside Nigeria may be subjected to customs fees, calculated by and paid to the recipient’s governmental agency in charge. Otse Noire will not be responsible for such taxes/duties that may accrue.
